About the Author

Francine C. Beauvoir, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist who received her Ph.D. from the University of Southern California (USC). She was born and raised in France, has been married for over thirty two years to psychologist, Bruce Crapuchettes, Ph.D., and has four adult children. She specializes in working with people in relationship - parents, couples and singles. She has trained extensively under Dr. Harville Hendrix in New York and is certified by The Institute For Imago Relationship Therapy in Florida (1-800-729-1121) as an Imago Therapist and a Workshop Presenter. She is also on the faculty there as a Clinical Instructor for Imago Therapy. She is an experienced educator and trains parents, couples and therapists. She is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Association for Imago Relationship Therapy.

Francine is in demand as a speaker and a workshop presenter internationally. She is co-founder of the Pasadena Institute For Relationships, the west coast training center for Imago Relationship Therapy in the United States, and is in private practice.
