What most of us really want in life is to feel truly understood and acknowledged by those who are closest to us. Sadly, there are so many barriers. What a relief to finally find a way to lower them and feel whole and connected.
In my more than twenty years in the field and recently as an Imago therapist I have felt privileged to join people on their journey: facing difficulty and chaos, changing old patterns, accepting and honoring themselves and developing more satisfying relationships.
In addition to my therapy practice with couples and individuals, I run four hour "Couples in Connection" workshops to introduce couples to Imago work and time limited groups for single adults to understand and improve relationships. I also developed and present 45 different corporate seminars in areas such as balancing work and family, parenting, communication and stress management.
